“Management is brutal , been fighting for my T4 for awhile. This is something that is needed for taxes . Management is not making it easy or helping. Always short staff and you feel like a number there !”

“I think the Village Riverside Glen is a wonderful place for the residents to live ,where they have life purpose and there daily needs are met and the staff really care and love on these residents day in and day out. These residents become our family. I am so grateful that I work for such amazing company. I get up every morning and know that i have a purpose to full fill and i make a difference in these residents lives. I also know that im doing God's work, i am not just a number and i matter. “Absolutely beautiful. I saw it yesterday for the first time afriennd it was nothing like I expected. It looks like a first class resort for your holiday enjoyment. Lovely staff to serve you, gorgeous gardens, friendly outdoor areas which I really liked because you don't spend your visiting time in their room. I spent a wonderful 3 hour visit with my dear friend sitting outside. It was good for her to get fresh air and I loved all of the open space. A special care worker was with my friend as she needs some assistance and can't get out on her own ... but that was not a problem because she had the support of a wonderful assigned personal care worker.
