“I cannot recommend Austin Sawatsky enough! From the moment I walked in, the clinic was clean, calm, and welcoming. Austin took the time to listen to my specific issues and tailored the treatment precisely to what my body needed. The pressure was spot-on, and I felt stubborn knots melt away (with a little coaxing from Austin!) in my neck and back. “My sessions with Austin have been exceptional from start to finish. He takes time to understand problem areas, takes notes, and explains what he’ll focus on. His technique is both soothing and effective, especially the lower back and neck. The space is quiet, clean, peaceful, and set up for a true relaxation experience. I appreciate how he balances conversation with quiet, and his aftercare suggestions coupled with suggestions for next session are an added bonus. “Been super happy with my experience at The Orchid. Austin Sawatsky is incredible at his job! I came in for treatment for jaw pain and from the first session have noticed a huge improvement. Austin is professional, has amazing energy and makes the whole experience incredibly comfortable. Austin explains the whole process, checks in pre and post massage and reviews notes from past sessions prior to treatment. On top of that, Austin’s practice is super fluid and feels like a natural connected flow of movement which is incredibly relaxing. So happy to have lucked out finding such an incredible practitioner! “Booked relaxation massage for 1 hr. Nice clean modern business and friendly staff.Disappointed in the sound proofing and noise from a heater and put in room #1 by front desk. Also noise from clients talking to staff .Aimee-Lee did an excellent job just the right pressure and asking what areas I wanted from my massage. For the price of $146.90 taxes included I deserved a quiet session. At times I couldn't even hear the soothing music over the heater. Will I be back No but do reccommend Aimee-Lee.”Read moreShow less

“My first time at this establishment. When I walked in, the environment was quiet and calming. It is recommended that we arrive 10 minutes before appointment, so I arrived 15 minutes before. Macy, my massage therapist invited me into the back to go to the room, a few minutes late (the session ended 5 minutes early). Normally the first thing they ask is if you have to use the restroom before they start, but I had to ask her where it was. When I got to the room she asked what i was looking for, and was told to get ready and that she would knock to to confirm i was. Not a huge deal, but it did add to the impersonal interaction. The massage was great, she told me my session was done and to take my time getting ready to leave. I left the room and no one was around, and found my way out to the main reception area. Again, the receptionist was very personable and polite and the payment process went seamless. I dont know if maybe Macy was having an off day or if this is her typical interaction. I think I will try again and see if there is a more personable experience next time. I have been to MANY massage therapists, and this was the least amount of interaction I have experienced. I need to note that i absolutely love quiet with no talking during the session, but I am looking for a location to go to weekly, so I'm looking for something that feels warm and welcoming. If you just want a good massage, this place will give it to you, but if you are looking for the whole experience, this may not be for you.
