“Gamechanger one stop-shop for wellness and performance. If you're dealing with any stubborn pain at all, this clinic is gonna be your new favourite place. Steph is a miracle worker and has a boatload of knowledge to share — she quickly figured out exactly what I needed and made the whole process easy and understandable. I also visited Heerak for a massage and after just one session, I felt like a new person! Incredible pressure and listens intently to all of your concerns. The clinic vibe is friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable and not daunting whatsoever. “I had a great experience with Stephan. He was very professional and kind. The treatment plan he created was very helpful and I felt better even after just a few sessions. “Stephane from Synergy Athletic is awesome! I’ve gone to him on multiple occasions when I needed treatment. He treated my lower back which was suffering from stiffness! He performed dry cupping and massage on my lower back. After that, he led me through exercises to help with my mobility! “Hidden gem. Synergy Altheltic Performance has all you need to help your physical health. Especially after sitting around for the last 2 years waiting for the pandemic to pass 😆 The facility is beautiful, inviting, bright!, and spacious. The staff are amazing, friendly, and loving. Booking is simple and straightforward. Stephanie (physiotherapist) will take care of you. She's attentive and knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed. Don't hesitate to give this place a try. “Highly recommended if you are looking for a physiotherapist who prioritizes manual (Hands-on) approach to machines. She utilizes different modalities (manual, exercises, cupping, ……) I have been seeing Stephenie for neck and shoulder problems since 2020, now for my frozen shoulder and broken wrist. I have to say she is really the BEST Physiotherapist I have ever had. She uses lots of passive treatments manually, not just hooking up to an ultrasound or Tense machine, she explains the problem with pictures on the computer and provides written instructions on exercise after.
