“I’ve been going to Symmetrics Health for both physio and massage for a year and a half. The front faces of Symmetrics Health are always so friendly, accommodating and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever not been greeted with a smile. As a marathon runner training at a pretty high volume, I’ve worked with many practitioners over the years, but Rob at Symmetrics Health is a cut above. He truly understands the mechanics of distance running and the specific demands it puts on the body. Instead of just treating a symptom, he looks at the 'why' behind an injury or pain and helps build the strength and mobility needed to keep me continually running. That was one of the first things that impressed me about Rob was his “let’s get to the bottom of this mentally” opposed to “let’s fix this for today”. Whether I’m peaking for a race or in a recovery block, Rob’s expertise is a critical part of my training. If you’re a runner or athlete in PEI looking to stay healthy and hit your PRs, go see Rob. Scott is a fantastic massage therapist with years of experience and it shows in each and every visit.
