“Strada Health and Fitness has the very best service delivery across all related scopes of practice. The front desk staff is super friendly. The owners-practitioners are in situ at Strada daily. They take a keen interest in maintaining excellence in health care provision. As a CF veteran, I particularly appreciate their knowledge and ability to manage the interface with Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) to the betterment of this specific group of clients. “My wife went for her ankle and had a good first experience and an okay second experience, but she's had to call multiple times to get her exercises updated on the app so she can help herself which I think is the most important part of the whole physiotherapy process. “I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bagnells over five years and have had nothing but outstanding experiences. Dr Bagnells consistently goes above and beyond at every appointment. She brings an incredibly bright smile, a positive outlook, and a high level of expertise that always makes me feel well cared for and confident in my treatment. More recently, I started seeing Cassie for acupuncture following a car accident this past summer. She has provided incredible relief for my new injuries while also helping to heal old ones. Cassie is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and brings such a positive, uplifting energy to her work. The environment and clinic itself is nothing short of spectacular. “Christina is an exceptional chiropractor who truly listens and tailored treatment to my specific needs and never rushed me. I came in with neck and hip tension and noticed real improvement after just one visit.
