“Physiotherapy service was decent, but my main complaint lies with the custom orthotics process. I received orthotics through Paras Patel about a year ago, but the dispensing process fell short of proper clinical standards. The orthotics were provided to me without a formal fitting appointment or any gait evaluation in my shoes. I recently had my foot mechanics properly evaluated by a licensed Chiropodist, who confirmed the arch height on these orthotics was too high for my feet, which may have contributed to my long-term lower back pain. She not that a formal fitting before dispensing is required, so I wanted to write this to make others aware that they need a proper fitting before taking orthotics home. UPDATE: I reached out to management, and Snehal responded very promptly and professionally. She reassured me that patient care is their top priority, acknowledged the oversight in my case, and committed to auditing and retraining staff to ensure proper follow-up protocols are followed. I greatly appreciate their dedication to resolving this swiftly.”

“Words can’t even begin to describe how the Stouffville Physiotherapy Clinic changed my life! Right from the first meeting, before they even knew who I was, I was treated with warmness, respect, and sympathy. Walking in you are first greeted by Monika, who never fails to have a smile on her face, despite being insanely busy with all of her receptionist duties. Although I wasn’t her patient, Danielle Wannamaker was always around to laugh at my jokes and share her own with me, while also being one of the many voices at the clinic encouraging me to keep pushing forward. Asjad Patel was my physiotherapist and quickly became my friend as he helped me heal from my trimalleolar fracture, he let me rant consistently about how frustrating this process has been for me, he listened as I spoke about my job and how much I missed going in every day, but most of all he believed in me when I thought I was never gonna walk again. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would grant it. Stouffville Physiotherapy Clinic helped me gain the confidence and strength to move forward in life after my accident, and for that I will be eternally grateful.”

“I had a very server pain on shoulder. According to the doctor, the tissue were torn and I could not move properly. After few months treatment at Stouffville Physiotherapy Clinic, I recovered 99%. “My Physiotherapist Asjad Patel. He was very knowledgeable on what treatment I needed for my bad back problems. He took the time to work on the problem. Mr. Patel was also very respectful and friendly and very accommodating. Their receptionist Monica was also very friendly and helpful. Same goes with fill-in receptionist Physiotherapist Danielle. I will highly recommend this Stouffville Physiotherapy Clinic.”

“Outstanding, impeccable service! Over the span of a couple of days, I called every physiotherapy location in Markham and Stouffville trying to find immediate relief for my mom, who was in critical pain. Stouffville Physiotherapy was the only place that actually picked up the phone, spoke to us calmly, and explained their services. Every other clinic went to voicemail, and some didn't call back for 3 to 4 days—only to tell us they had a 4 to 6-week wait. Even Markham Hospital told us their availability was a minimum of 2 weeks out. Stouffville Physiotherapy got my mom an appointment with an intake physiotherapist within 48 hours. We have been there three times now, and the level of service continues to be impeccable. Monica, Danielle, and Dr. Patel are all incredibly caring and service-oriented. If I could, I would give them 6 out of 5 stars! It is so wonderful to find such an exceptional place for my mom right here locally. Option 2: Short and Punchy Great if you want people scrolling through reviews to get the point quickly. 6 out of 5 stars! When my mom was suffering from critical pain, I called every physiotherapy clinic in Markham and Stouffville. Every single one went to voicemail or had a 4 to 6-week wait—even the hospital was 2 weeks out. Stouffville Physiotherapy was the only place that actually answered the phone, spoke to us calmly, and booked Mom an intake appointment within 48 hours. We’ve been back 3 times now, and the impeccable service hasn't wavered. Monica, Danielle, and Dr. Patel are extremely professional and care deeply about their patients. It's an absolute relief to find an exceptional, local clinic for my mom. Highly recommend! “I came almost two months ago to treat my tennis elbow. I met Monica at the front desk and she was very friendly and welcoming. I got the service from Asjad Patel from that day and forward, the treatment went very well. Asjad is very pleasant and very professional. Now I am healed and playing tennis all over gain.
