“Went to them after consulting about spinal decompression. Was told they could do that. After 4 sessions I was still not given spinal decompression, just more exercises to do. Would not recommend and I personally will be going someplace else to have them do what is asked for. “This was my second time at this location and I must say I have had great experiences both times. I worried my issue would not be worth working on but I was having problems sleeping and needed relief from the constant discomfort in my neck and shoulders. I now feel much better, more mobile. I found just what I needed and now have exercises to keep me this way. I just want to say thank you again to the whole office in Simcoe. I have one more blessing this Christmas!”Read moreShow less

“I injured my ankle on March 11 and was off work for a week in an air cast. My doctor recommended physio therapy and I came to South coast physio plus. I’m glad I chose this clinic! The staff are so helpful and friendly. After only 3 sessions over 2 weeks I’m back in a show and was able to return to work with some limitations an so much more movement and an extreme decrease in my pain level.
