“For about 6 years, I had been feeling a sense of excess fullness after my meals, even when I ate very little. I was never overweight. I'm 5'4, 145 pounds, and about 8-10% body fat. At some point, the fullness got to be so much, that I started skipping meals, and started losing weight without trying. After analyzing my symptoms, I didn't believe that my issue was gastrointestinal, and my thinking was that it was just a tight diaphragm. I went to Lidiya, because she's one of the few osteopaths who knows how to do visceral manipulation. I went for 1 assessment, and 2 treatments, and my problem is completely resolved. It's now been 3 weeks since my last treatment, and the changes are still holding. I'm very happy I found her!”

“If I could give a higher review, I would. 10 stars. My Natural Path Doctor recommend me seeing an Osteopath. I never heard of an Osteopath so I researched online and found SOMA. The reviews were excellent, so I immediately made an appointment. What a smart decision. I had sciatica, and chronic tightness from my back all the way to my feet for decades. It made sense for me to see both a Massage Therapist and Osteopath in combination. Smart decision number two. Nataliia is s wonderful Massage Therapist. Her knowledge is extensive. She explains everything she is doing and I always feel wonderful after our session. After only one visit, I knew that I finally found the right therapist for me. My calves were literally as hard as a rock. Nataliia was able to loosen them up to make my Osteopath treatments more effective. I trust her and really look forward to seeing her smiling face. I highly recommend Nataliia. Meeting Lidiya was a life changer. Living with chronic tightness is a thing of the past for me. She assessed me and made a plan. I had improvements after the first session and every session since. I am still in shock how after only a short time, how great I feel. Lidiya is so calm and knowledgeable on the working of the body.
