“I had a fantastic experience at Siberia Station Spa. I booked a massage, which included free entry to the thermal experience. Both were amazing. I arrived right at opening on Saturday morning & I basically had the whole place to myself for the first hour and 15 minutes. It got a little busier towards mid-morning, but it didn't feel too crowded. The cold plunge in the river was awesome and I loved how spread out the different saunas, tubs, and seating areas were. Make sure to bring your own sandals & water bottle as these are not provided.”Read moreShow less

“Here’s my honest review. Overall, I had a nice time and relaxed in nature which I loved. Here are the pros: the location!!! The location is beautiful and you really feel like you’re in the middle of nature because you are. There are saunas and pavilions located in a forest area that backs onto a river and you can actually cold plunge into the river! What a pleasant suprise. The food, although pricey, was very tasty. Much more than I expected from a cafe. I got the duck grilled cheese and turnip soup. Both delicious! The cons: the facilities have a lot of signs of wear and tear and needs some love. I expected the spa to be in better condition given the prices are similar to spas of much better condition. Also additional charges are excessive. $15 for flip flops (footwear is mandatory) and $12 for a robe rental - which is normal included in a spa visit. The food prices were quite high, $16-$20 for sandwiches with no drink or side.”Read moreShow less

“This spa offers it all. Self care at its finest. You can enjoy the several hot or cold plunges, sauna, yoga, a dock on the water, comfy lounge areas, massage therapy, face masks, fireplaces inside or outdoors. Fresh air vitamin D, a cold drink, great food or a snack to enjoy. Total therapeutic experience.”Read moreShow less

“What a beautiful setting! I celebrated my birthday here (you get a complimentary entry with a booked massage — super generous!!) I walked around, snapped some pictures, and then put my phone away to enjoy. I loved how spread out it was and especially loved what I refer to as the “nap room” (the last picture) It’s nice that the entire place is a quiet/silent zone. Don’t forget to stop by at the cafe for a bite to eat. It’s was great! Last but not least, my massage with Dominque was incredible! (and I’ve had a lot of massages) He was seamless in his movements and had great pressure. Highly recommend this place! A bit about the negative comments: If you book a massage you are guaranteed a spot to enjoy the rest of the facilities and the locker rooms are there to change… keep your shoes on if you don’t feel like it’s clean enough.”Read moreShow less

“Amazing day at Siberia Spa! No crowds, no kids! Facilities and setting are beautiful and spacious, everyone was kind and spoke English. I went on a Friday morning with an appointment for a massage. My masseuse, Nancy, gave an extremely relaxing massage, I almost fell asleep multiple times! She read my body and focused on the areas I needed most. Thank you Nancy! There are only two reasons I put 4 stars: 1. They use salt on the walkways, which doesn’t make your feet feel good while wearing sandals, and tracks through almost the entire facility. Similar spas I’ve been to, have heated walkways, so there’s no need for salt. 2. I found some small details lacking, that make other spas seem much more elevated, such as all snow being cleared continuously, from chairs, benches, etc., every fire on site being started before opening and stoked continuously, and pillows in rest areas being fluffed again once people circulate out. They’d also do well with heat lamps or big blankets in the outdoor rest areas. Neither of those reasons stopped me from enjoying my time, relaxing and having a wonderful day and massage. Definitely worth a trip out of the city!”Read moreShow less

“One of the best spa experience I've had. The staff is warm and professional. We booked a couple's massage. The form you fill before allows you to indicate desired intensity level, areas to focus on your body, and areas to avoid. Nancy explained their approach before our session, and they made me feel comfortable right away. There are several baths for you to enjoy. It was convenient as some people unfortunately have a hard time respecting silence zones. Overall, it was an amazing experience.”Read moreShow less

“I was amazed by how huge this place is. So much space and lounge chairs, you never feel crowded. Day beds, large swinging beds, this place has it all. Bring a thermos if you want to drink tea in the spa area, they do not let you bring the disposable cups out of that section. I ate lunch there, the courge soup was delicious, salad with duck paste was also good, 32$. I didn't have time to visit the section below in the woods, they have hammocks and more saunas, and a large relaxing structure, you need to come early so you have all day to relax and explore. They have silence and chatter sections. You pay for robes, so bring your own if you don't want to pay.”Read moreShow less

“My fiancée and I visited Siberia Station Spa for a couples massage and to enjoy the facilities, and it's a really beautiful spot tucked away in the wilderness. Getting an Uber from Quebec City was super convenient, only about a 20-minute ride, which made it an easy escape. The natural setting by the river is definitely a highlight and perfect for a relaxing spa day. Upon arrival, everything looked great, and the initial impression is impressive. The massage itself was pretty good, and the staff we interacted with were kind and attentive. We'd certainly recommend considering a treatment here. The spa facilities, like the various hot tubs and saunas, are spread out nicely in the forest, and it wasn't overly crowded during our visit. We often found ourselves with a hot tub or sauna to ourselves, or with just a couple of other people, which was a big plus. However, there are a couple of key things future visitors should be aware of. Firstly, when I booked our couples massage, I was under the impression from their website that access to the spa facilities was included. Their site mentions your spot is "guaranteed" with a massage booking, which to me implied it was part of the package. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Access to the thermal experience is an additional charge – it was about $180 extra for the two of us on top of the already fairly expensive massage. This wasn't clear upfront, and honestly, felt a bit shady. For a high-end experience, transparency on this significant extra cost should be much better. Secondly, they require you to wear footwear around the facility for hygiene, which is understandable. However, they don't provide complimentary slides. You either have to bring your own or purchase theirs for $15 a pair. Given the spa's wilderness location and the desire to maintain hygiene, it feels like they could include basic, recyclable slides in the entry or treatment price, rather than upselling something most people will likely discard. The facilities themselves are generally very nice and set in that beautiful location. While they are mostly well-kept, a little deep cleaning here and there and some minor maintenance would really elevate the experience, though I get that maintaining everything perfectly in a wilderness setting presents challenges. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing experience at Siberia Station Spa, and I would recommend it to others looking for a nature spa escape near Quebec City. The massages are good, the staff are pleasant, and the setting is serene. Just be prepared for the extra cost for facility access if you're booking a treatment, and bring your own sandals! With clearer communication on costs and perhaps a couple of minor tweaks, this place could easily be one of the top spa destinations in the Quebec area.”Read moreShow less

“I had an amazing experience with my partner. We got to the spa around 10:30 AM on Wednesday, January 22. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff, and was excellently toured around and told which areas are the whispering area and which one is a silence zone. Locker rooms are small, but that’s what it needs to be. Excellent choices of cold and hot plunge, nice barrel, sauna and enjoyable eucalyptus steam room. Around the property are multiple different resting areas for visitors to enjoy. The spa Café has excellent food, my partner and I enjoyed two glasses of bubbly and lamb sandwiches, With charcuterie, all excellent.”Read moreShow less
