“We had an amazing experience with Ingrid (nurse) for my moms end of life palliative in- home, nursing care. Ingrid quickly became a part of our family in the short time she was involved with us, She was knowledgeable, compassionate and just simply amazing, she's a true earth angel in this world. When she was off, and we had supply nurses, there was zero comparison to Ingrid, she is a cut above and truly deserves to be recognized for her amazing work with my mom. She will forever have a place in our hearts, thank you Ingrid..”

“Garbage. I Ask them to not use the bathroom at night because I am overwhelmed by 6 of them coming every day to care for my friend and would like a little privacy and to kindly dump the urinal outside or down sink as I clean it every Morning. Instead they dump it in front of my back door ON THE DECK! Welcome to Free healthcare! Nightmare......Unprofessionalism at it worst. We NEED them , But make my life a living Hell....”

“Not impressed. Sad how so many workers just don't care. show up and do nothing. personal calls seem to be permitted.An hour of care. really means 30 mins because some are double booked.Morning care in some cases means 4pm. My mom is lucky I am advocating for her...some seniors just have no one. To the few great PSW s I have encountered thank you for caring.”
