“This physio centre is different from others, they’re hands on treatment not ultrasound and heart. I had a car accident in 2024, went to another clinic here in Chatham and I didn’t get any relief with my post concussion symptoms and whiplash. Thanks to Vrushali”

“I have been a patient at Russolo therapy for a long time and cannot say enough good things about it. I needed physio and other treatments post MVA and Joe was excellent in helping me get back on my feet. He does thorough assessments and comes up with individualized treatments plans. Another distinguishing feature is how precisely he diagnoses issues related to body mechanics and muscles. “I have been going to have therapy at Russolo Therapy Centre since 2015. I have had physio therapy from many therapists since childhood. I have tried many private places in chatham ont and B. C as well utilized ohip public physio earlier on in age . I just am compelled to give this review as Joe Russolo is the best in town in my opinion. You will not find better. Joe takes the time with you to get to know your previous problems as well the problem you walked in for. It doesnt matter how complicated your issues are. Many therapist see you once than have their paid staff assist you for every apointment after that. Plus your book at the same time as many others. Joe is the only person I see for physio at my appointments. Appointments are always one on one . There are restrictions to some of my mobility on my right due to a childhood ailment. Joe moves my body for me with the stretches I cannot do. This has been essential so I do not seize. Not every physio therapist has the training to assist you do the movement your body cannot. Because I have several issues Joe is dedicated to find ways I can move to get around limitations yet do excersizes to gain strength. Joe has went above and beyond to assist me with insurance difficulties signing forms and writing letters on my behalf ;notes to back up my issues. Unfortunately some disabilities are invisible to the eye yet still exist. Insurance companies are always seeking a way out then to pay for your surgical recovery. To be honest in the last 4 years I wouldn't have been able to get through these recoveries without Joe. Plus I also know he and his great staff are cheering for me in spirit and my gradual improvement. I don't know what I would have done without him and his encouragement. I alway leave with my spirits lifted. I am so fortunate to have found the quality of service given to me.I am so thankful. I always leave in much better spirits than I came with and that is because of Joe Russolo. Your a gem who’s compassion is one in a million truly. The massage therapist at Russolo Therapy Centre are also quite top notch. I have not switched massage therapists since I went there with Rosa DeMartinas. She is the best massage therapist Ive ever been to as well. There truly is a team of excellance here. If you want to help yourself give them a call. You will be glad you did.”Read moreShow less
