We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Dr. Heather Bohez, ND to the team! You can now find her Naturopathic Bodywork & Naturopathic Medicine treatments right here at the studio and in our online booking below. She will be providing treatments on Thursdays and Saturdays!
Naturopathic Medicine focuses on preventive care and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health. Naturopathic Bodywork supports people who are ready to go beyond surface-level healing. The hope is to help people connect with their bodies, their inner wisdom, and feel more aligned both physically and energetically.

“Cecilia is an excellent massage therapist and a wonderful person! Cecilia helped me rehab from a hip flexor and groin injury a few years ago. I was looking for a RMT with trigger point and deep tissue expertise and she was amazing. Cecilia was able to release my psoas, which requires some very targeted and patient manipulation. Within a few weeks, my body was feeling markedly better. Now, a few years later, I'm almost 100% recovered (this is a pecky injury).
