By booking an appointment, you agree to our terms and conditions including our 24 hour cancellation policy. We charge the full amount of the session if cancellation is made less than 24 hours from booked appointment or if you don’t show up on your appointment
We require a valid credit card to book an appointment. Your card will NOT BE CHARGED UPON BOOKING. It will only be charged upon completing your session and in pursuit of our late cancellation / no show policy. For your card security, our system provider (JaneApp) complies with PCI & DSS standards.
We offer 60 / 45 / 30 minutes massage sessions. You cannot combine two separate 30-minute sessions into a 60-minute session. It will be charged as 2 separate sessions

“I had an excellent massage with Anej. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my concerns before starting the treatment. Her technique was effective and targeted the areas where I was experiencing tension and discomfort. I left feeling much more relaxed, with noticeable improvement in my mobility and overall comfort. The session was both therapeutic and relaxing, and I appreciated her knowledgeable approach and attention to detail. “Very disappointed with this massage centre’s billing practices. I was charged $138 for a “no-show” appointment that I never even booked in the first place. There was no proper verification, and no effort to resolve the issue fairly before charging my card. Customer service was extremely frustrating to deal with, and instead of investigating the mistake, they simply insisted on keeping the charge. Be very careful when providing your payment information here. “My husband recently had an appointment and specifically mentioned that he was experiencing pain in his legs and feet. Unfortunately, the therapist (Komalbir Kaur) did not focus on those areas and instead provided the massage according to her own preference. The session also started late and ended early, even though we had booked and paid for a full one-hour appointment. We have previously booked with Jenny, Jena, and Anej, and they have always been excellent and attentive to our concerns.
