“After a neck injury, I was having consistent pain while lying down in any position, making sleep rather difficult. “We are very happy to have had the opportunity to work with Rachel. She helped my daughter with a knee problem and we worked with her for a few months. She was able to provide very useful information about strengthening exercises. She had a very specific plan to build on these exercises each week to allow for improvement in my daughter's ability to withstand activity and impact. Rachel was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with detailed emails which outlined the exercises for each week. Rachel was aware of my daughter's goals to get back to full play in both of her sports and she worked very hard to make this happen. We are grateful for Rachel's expertise and knowledge.
