“Kayla went above and beyond to support me and baby, in preparation for our Birth Journey! Being a Birth Attendant myself, I am very selective of the people I choose to support me during pregnancy and birth, and Kayla met and leaped over my bar! Her prenatal package served perfectly, to help me, my body, and my uterus and cervix, prepare for labour and birth... In fact, we didn't even complete all the sessions before baby arrived! We had three in-person sessions, which included prenatal massage, acupuncture, and counselling. As well as instruction on daily home-care moxa treatments. All the treatment components were focused on softening my cervix, descending baby into birthing position, mobilizing Qi and blood to stimulate energy and vitality for the birthing journey, and strengthening any meridians that may have been out of alignment, to facilitate the labour and delivery itself. She also offered a combined session for my partner and I, but baby arrived before we got to that session, so I can't speak to it specifically, but I'm certain it would have served as beautifully as the rest of her offering :) Kayla was so thorough, compassionate, and reassuring. I am so Grateful to have received her support! All of her work helped to initiate the birth in a gentle and natural way, and certainly supported my body through a gentle and gradual, natural birthing experience! Thank You Kayla, for you Love & Support 🙏☺️”

“I have been having a lot of neck pain and sore, tight muscles from a very active snowboarding season so I decided to go see Kayla for some treatment. She ended up doing some fire cupping followed by some acupuncture and I am more than pleased with the results. It has made a world of difference to the constant pain and discomfort I was having before as well as increased the maneuverability of my neck and shoulders. Would definitely recommend Red Sage Wellness to anyone who is dealing with similar problems and looking for some professional treatment!”

“I was very impressed by Kayla's work. She was kind, respectful, light hearted, and professional. She did her due dilligence with questions and observation, but did not pry or over ask anything. She had a quick understanding of what was going on regardless of complexity, and could prioritize for the most efficacy for the appointment. Her knowledge was diverse with deep, with dynamic methods. She used various techniques of cups and massage to assist in the moment of the acupuncture. I found myself able to trust her work, and ease into the movement of the session much easier. For the first session, she needed very few needles to produce positive results as well as calming the nervous system. I've had relief from issues that I've not able to get relief from before with other body work. I look forward to the next appointment, and highly recommend her work. The clinic is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and in a nice location close to nature.”
