“Forum is amazing!! I went to see her postpartum for pelvic floor therapy and chronic shoulder pain. She’s knowledgeable in how to rehabilitate the muscles and after seeing her for the recommended sessions, the shoulder pain is now gone. What a relief. “I’ve seen Forum for several treatment types: pelvic floor physiotherapy, general physio, lymphatic drainage, and shockwave therapy. She is professional, kind, and compassionate. “Forum is great! I am 7 months pp and started seeing Forum when I was 5 months pp. My goal is to strengthen my abdominal muscles & pelvic floor, and I already have started to see a difference. Forum is very patient and thorough with the exercises. She also knows which exercise to recommend to accommodate my needs.
