“Another good experience with the people from Quesnel Family Optimetric center. My appointment was at 11. I got there at 10:30 and they got me in there lickity split and I was on my way home by 11. Just phenomenal.”

“Front desk lady was super rude and wouldn't listen and disregarded everything I said and I ended up asking a bunch of questions that were repeats because she wouldn't want to answer them and they were simple questions and she was making me feel dumb. I didnt like the experience and I shouldnt have been treated in such a manner. I'm not coming back ever, she lost me from this business.”Read moreShow less

“I have been using this optometrists for almost 10 years. It had always been a great experince for me until I brought my children in. Dr. Bhangu rushed my daughter through her eye exam, didn't give her time to respond to which looked better and made her feel very uncomfortable throughout the whole process. Fast forward a year, I took her in for a yearly exam and she walked out with a completely different prescription. I am now about 95% sure she was given the wrong prescription and was using it for the last year. Since it was her first time going for an exam or having glasses she didn't know what to expect so when I asked her if her glasses were good she said yes because they were technically better than no glasses but it was not the correct prescription! They did not check after I purchased her glasses to see if they worked properly. I am very dissatisfied and will not be bringing my children back.”Read moreShow less
