Just what I needed. The service was excellent, and the massage was highly effective. Christoph von Riedemann was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive in addressing my lower back pain. He took the time to understand my concerns and provided targeted treatment that brought noticeable relief. I also appreciated the helpful advice he shared, including a yoga pose I can incorporate into my routine to help prevent future discomfort. Thank you for the outstanding care and service.

Hands-down, the only place I would go for Massage, Ashley, Marco, and Tak are the absolute best! It’s actually hard to write a review that can give you any idea as to how good they are at their jobs. 10 out of 10 100% gold star multi platinum Grammy award winning service.

Gary at Queen's Park Therapy is truly outstanding! The treatment rooms are always clean and welcoming. He is warm, personable, knowledgeable, and explains everything in detail. I am super afraid of needles and Gary is the first acupuncturist I have seen who can create that calm feeling to minimize any pain/discomfort. I would recommend Gary to anyone looking for a good acupuncturist.

Rosanna was amazing! Friendly, skilled, and applied just the right amount of pressure. She also identified and worked on areas that needed attention beyond my main area of concern. Wonderful experience:)

Zoe's the best. I have gone to her for years; she listens carefully, adjusts to what's needed, and makes one feel very comfortable. I drive from Vancouver to New West just to see her.

Excellent experience with my RMT, very professional and welcoming. The massage was both therapeutic and relaxing — I noticed a significant improvement in my muscle tension and mobility afterward. Thank you Julie for all your effort!

I decided to try this location for the first time and booked my appointment a couple of weeks in advance. I was genuinely looking forward to it. My appointment was booked with Jasmin. Upon arriving, there was no receptionist present, which I found unusual—especially for a first visit, as there was no check-in process or paperwork. I initially assumed the receptionist had stepped away, so I sat down to wait. Another client was also waiting in the lobby. After about five minutes with no one coming out, I approached the front desk and noticed a sign stating that there was currently no receptionist. By this point, it was already 10:30 a.m., the scheduled time of my appointment. Shortly after, an RMT arrived and apologized to the other client for being late, explaining she needed to set up her room before returning. This did not leave a great first impression, as it felt unprofessional. I continued to wait, expecting someone to address my appointment. Approximately 15 minutes later—now over 10 minutes past my appointment time—the RMT returned to take her client. I then asked about my appointment. I was asked who I was booked with, and the RMT called out to the back asking if the therapist was even working that day. Another staff member came out and said, “Did no one reach out to you?” I confirmed that no one had contacted me. I was then informed that my therapist was not in due to a recent family loss. While I am truly sorry to hear that, I was disappointed that there was no prior phone call or email to inform me of the cancellation—especially since the appointment had been booked weeks in advance. I paid for parking, took time out of my day, and unfortunately did not even receive an apology. Overall, I found the experience to be very unprofessional. The staff member I spoke with was not particularly courteous, and no effort was made to acknowledge the inconvenience. I also find it frustrating that the booking confirmation outlines strict policies and penalties for clients regarding lateness, cancellations, or no-shows, yet the same courtesy was not extended in this situation. A simple notification would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

This was my first time at Queen's Park Massage Therapy and it was a wonderful experience. The office itself is clean and welcoming. Ashley is awesome, and STRONG! I left my session almost in tears but it felt so good and she provided such relief to my tight muscles. Thanks so much Ashley and I look forward to future visits :-)

Over the last few years, I have enjoyed the professionalism and skills of the RMTs. They now have a new location which is very appealing and comfortable. My most recent visit with Dustin was outstanding: I will book him again in the future.
