“I have been seeing Dhanu Ramachandran NairDudhaman since he started working at Promedma Clinic and I have never had a better RMT. He is the only Therapist I have ever rearranged my schedule to make sure I could get into see! He has a wealth of knowledge from his previous career and uses it to give his clients the very best treatment. .. I don't know if I know the right words to say what I am trying to say. He is professional. I've never felt uncomfortable with him as an RMT. He has shown me muscles I didn't know I had, that were tight That I didn't know even hurt until he released the tension and I felt and feel better than I knew I could... if that makes sence. Then he stretches me out, shows me what stretches to do at home so that I don't end up with the same issues later. 5 stars. 6 even. “I have been to many massage places over the years and this one is number 1 for me. Very professional, knowledgable staff. This is the place to go for a true medical therapeutic massage and treatment. Kyna is awesome! She focuses on exactly the areas requested, which is hard to find sometimes when it’s for extremities and not the back or shoulders. “Promeda is a highly professional, medically focused clinic that specializes in therapeutic massage. I have chronic pain and have seen countless therapists over the years, and this clinic is the first to address and effectively treat my pain. The clinic is clean and has made great efforts to comply with safety standards, so I feel comfortable going. I have seen Trisha who helped immensely with my jaw issues. Jodie is exceptionally skilled and wastes no time finding and treating problem areas. I have full confidence in her abilities and have found some pain relief from her treatments. My father, mother and boyfriend all attend this clinic. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Ability to book online, direct bill, and reminders are convenient.”Read moreShow less

“I came in the other day for the first time and unfortunately the last time. I was told at the beginning of the session that they don't do traditional massage therapy, that it had to be specific areas (despite my body needing work in various places). My massage therapist was good but, I actually felt worse after than when I first came in. I honestly do not feel that anything was done enough to help me. “When i had a sacral tear in my lower back, during my recovery, i came here and they helped ease the pain. Gentle yet firm. Cost was very good for the care i received. They send you away after a deep massage with water to stay hydrated. I like spending my benefits here. “First time getting a massage. Deep tissue massage is definitely worth having because it really work deep in your pressure points. I do a lot of physicals work especially on my feet and hands. And on top with my gym activities as well which can be 3 to 4 times a week. This release my muscles build up tension of many years. You may feel a little sore, but that soreness increases my flexibities movement. The staff is very professional, and on time, no delays or etc.. which is also great.
