“I had a great experience here. Vala (my physiotherapist) helped me through recovery and rehab of my plantar injury. He is knowledgeable and upt to date on current physical treatments. The clinic has also invested in tools for modern treatment techniques like shockwave therapy that is able to stimulate faster recovery of intramuscular tissue injuries. Overall the staff are very professional and helpful, and would definitely recommend this clinic and Vala to anyone needing treatment.”

“After suffering from a meniscus tear and knee swelling for 6 months, I’m so glad I found Mary! She is incredibly professional and patient. “I had to go in for a post surgery rehab which I wasn’t sure many physiotherapists or chiropractors know how to work on. But got treatment from Dr Josie and she is amazing. The treatment was a bit painful but I was certain her treatment was effective and every session I felt better. I am back to my regular routine and can run and yoga again. She is also very delightful and fun to talk. She has been my chiropractor for a bit but I needed to say Thanks so much Dr Josie for your support in this difficult time. You deserve a 5 star.”

“From the moment you phone or walk in the door of Premier Care Physiotherapy you are warmly welcomed by staff. I had the extreme pleasure of first meeting lovely Brianna over the phone who didn’t know me from a hole in the wall and she was able to schedule me in for a consultation a day before Christmas shutdown! Since the initial free consultation and my first few appointments I already feel like family and I’m confident I’m on the road to get my physical life back! My assigned Physiotherapist is incredible and has zeroed in on what is wrong with my current physical disability and what we need to do through hands-on therapeutic exercises onsite, take away exercise programs (hardcopy and by email including videos), pain therapy sessions (so nice!) but most of all, our one on one discussions. My therapist is lovely and firm in what I “must” do to on my road to full recovery. Thank you so much to the most wonderful Team at Premier Care Physiotherapy, I love you all 🥰!”
