We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice (but more than 3 hours) and we are unable to fill your appointment slot, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 hours’ notice , you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

“Liliana Niewczas was absolutely phenomenal. I had a knot in my shoulder since August from working at a computer that progressively got so much worse. I came to work in town and have never experienced pain so bad in my life. 3 masseuses, a visit to the emergency room and I even paid for physio on my own and on the first visit she figured that I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Words will never describe how greatful I am and how much of a difference she made after all my suffering. My only regret is that I live 1300km away and wont be able to see her again. “I recently had a great massage experience with Curtis Pardy and wanted to make sure he is recognized for it. From the start, he took the time to ask about any problem areas and really listened before beginning the session. He clearly laid out the structure of the session, which made me feel comfortable and confident in his approach. On top of that, he has a unique ability to create an easy and comfortable conversation, making the whole experience even better. Once we got started, it was refreshing to have a massage therapist who was willing to go as intensely as I requested and not hold back, especially when targeting my hip flexors the way he did. His knowledge of the body was clear—not just in what he said, but in how he worked. He used techniques no one else had used for me before, and even after a couple of days, I feel noticeably looser and more relaxed, especially in my hips.
