“This clinic truly deserves more than a five-star rating. Finding a physiotherapist like Navdeep is extremely rare, especially in Brampton. Unfortunately, my experiences at other clinics were marked by poor service and a noticeable lack of knowledge. I initially visited with a knee injury, and Navdeep has been more than helpful throughout my recovery. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and always puts her patients’ best interests first. What stood out most to me was her honesty. She was upfront in explaining that while she can guide and support the healing process, there is no “magic cure” — the effort must also come from the patient. That level of transparency and motivation pushed me to stay consistent with the exercises she assigned, which ultimately made all the difference. Her dedication to truly healing her patients is what led me to return for my neck and back issues. Remarkably, one physiotherapy session with her achieved what eight months of chiropractic care could not. Today, I am living pain-free from neck and back tension, simply by continuing the exercises she thoughtfully prescribed for me to do at home. On another note, the massage therapist, Prajakta, is equally impressive. She is knowledgeable, kind, and highly professional. Throughout the session, she consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and doing well. Her level of care and attentiveness reflects excellent service. “Navdeep is an awesome pelvic physiotherapist and is very good at explaining each step. She understands our concerns and works with us that is comfortable. We must do the exercises to see great results. I am definitely seeing positive results with my diastistis recti and incontinence which was my major concern.
