“I would like to express my gratitude to Thane and Shane facilitators, GLAD Program, within Physo Plus. I have gained my physical strength back in both my knees. After 8weeks I gained mobility and strength in my knees to an increase of 30%. Before attending GLAD, going up and down stairs was such a challenge and painful at times. I would attempt them with one leg and one step at a time. As of last Tuesday Feb 11,2025, I attended my first group fitness class first running up the huge flight of stairs at CGC. It felt so good. “After having an appointment with a guy at another location who I could tell wasn't very knowledgeable I booked with physio plus. I got an appointment with Cara. There is no doubt from the moment she walked in the room she knew exactly what she was talking about. A great thing about physio plus is they send you a link to an app which provides detailed videos on how to perform your exercises.
