“She’s not Asian but I had similar experience. Was there at 7am when you open and she rolled in at 7:45. No smile, super rude, and looked at me like what am I doing there? What’s with that. Wow! Never been treated like that by someone who is the face of a business. I will still go here because I was recommended by the chiropractor across the way but that was an awful. Apparently the physicians are good. I would be looking for someone better at customer service. And if you look at my reviews most of them are good!”Read moreShow less

“I went to this clinic and worked with Dong Li on my lower back/leg that had sciatica, using acupuncture. Of other acupuncture places I tried, I found his technique to not only be most effective but also cost friendly. We spent a month doing a combination of acupuncture, massage and cupping. I only visited once a week and my symptoms have dramatically improved compared to when I first came in. While it isn't a complete cure, it helped reduce my pain from 6/10 to a manageable 2/10 with some stretches and yoga. I always leave the clinic feeling relaxed and rejuvenated the next day for work. Mr. Dong Li is also very professional, friendly and funny! Talking to him was like catching up with an old friend.
