“Quick backstory: I had my knee replacement surgery done a month ago and for the most part have my preop range of motion(ROM) back. The problem was my preop ROM wasn't great. I had my ACL replaced 20 years ago and thought I was in good shape and neglected to follow up with more than a couple physiotherapy sessions. Fast-forward 20 years and I assumed I'd just have full ROM back after knee replacement... Again, I was wrong. Today I went and saw Mark at Physio North and after he ran me through some exercises he did some manual joint manipulation. Within about 15 minutes I had dramatically more extension and flexion. “This clinic is wonderful. Everything is very clean and staff are excellent- friendly and knowledgeable. My appointments always run on time and the team manages to be attentive to all patients even when they are quite busy. “Been seeing Ryan and Matthias now for over a year for my chronic neck and shoulder pain/stiffness and they have been so patient in working with me through my issues. “I recently hurt my lower back/hip working out, was able to call Physio North for an appointment and got in right away. Vicky worked on me for an hour and ended with the tens machine, when I left I felt so much better, pain was almost gone. She was able to diagnose what was causing the pain and gave me some stretches to help with healing.
