“I had a wonderful experience at Phyatrix Rehab and would highly recommend their team to anyone in need of physiotherapy. I’ve recently started treatment with Mrs. Jigyasa Singh, and even though it’s only been my third session, I’m already extremely impressed. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients’ recovery. I have been dealing with L4, L5, and sciatic nerve issues, and her approach has been both effective and reassuring. I was initially worried about switching therapists since my previous therapist, Binita, went on leave, but Mrs. Jigyasa Singh exceeded my expectations. She made me feel comfortable right away and has been incredibly helpful throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate her expertise and would strongly recommend her to anyone dealing with injuries or chronic pain. I also want to sincerely appreciate Natasha, the receptionist at Phyatrix Rehab. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her warm and welcoming nature, kindness, and professionalism make every visit a pleasant experience. She is always helpful, organized, and goes above and beyond to assist patients. “This is the best physio I’ve ever been to! Had 2 car accidents in July 2017 and have been suffering from pain ever since. Tried other physio treatments right after the MVAs but didn’t find it helpful, so I was under the impression that physio was just not effective or not for me. Moved to Delta a few years ago and found a Physiatrix at the time. I wanted to have RMT treatments here and was advised to also book appointment with Harleen for physio after telling them my conditions. That was the BEST physio treatment I had received. Harleen was friendly and thorough during the initial assessment to understand my needs and all the pain I was going through. After working on me manually, it was the first time ever since my MVAs that I felt totally PAIN FREE! I didn’t even realize that I was in pain every single day until this one day that I was not in any! After my claims were settled, I didn’t come here for a couple years due to working out of province. But last year, I started coming here again and have been receiving treatments mainly from Binita. Binita is also awesome! She’s been very patient, helpful and willing to perform manual therapy (which I’ve found the most helpful to my conditions but many PTs won’t do this as it’s more laborious). She’s also tried different types of therapy, like electro, shockwave, and ultrasound, depending on what she believes to be the most helpful to me on the day of treatment. I was already losing hope after so many years of chronic pain. But my condition has improved so much and now I’m only feeling a little pain a few times a week. (I’d say the pain level was 6/10 daily prior to this, now it’s about 2-3/10 and not everyday). This year, I’m so happy to reduce the frequency of treatment from weekly to bi-weekly and planning to start active rehab (kinesiology) once a month.
