Just want to shout out Konrad Teetzen. I came three weeks post surgery (delayed) for a fractured tibial eminence/disconnected ACL while also sporting a slowly healing torn MCL, pulled calf and sprained ankle and dealing with DVT. I thought I was already very behind as there was some miscommunication with my surgeon and I should have started sooner, but he was incredible. He assessed my injury thoroughly and assured me the rehab goals/timeline I’d been given by the surgeons wasn’t totally realistic for me. I was unable to fire my quad at all before the appointment but I left his office after EMS and some exercises being able to engage it. He also gave really good recommendations for alternative movements/exercises for me based on the complexity of my injury. Feeling SO positive and cared for in my recovery now! Highly recommend!!

My hand assessment by Anja was extremely thorough, informative and very worthwhile! She's provided me with a much deeper understanding of the "why's" as well a variety of options for the "how's" towards hopefully an improvement. THANK YOU Anja! You're such a pleasure.

Dainis with Perseverance was crucial to making my experience with the BC Bike Race a personal success. My body needed focused attention during the physically demanding week long endurance event, especially following a fairly significant crash on Stage 6 of the seven stage event. Dainis not only got my body "right" using his hands and techniques, but his explanations of what he was doing and why - along with his sharing of his own personal experiences - provided me with the understanding and knowledge of the "what and why" behind my aches and pains. Dainis helped get me back on the trails with the confidence to ride my best.

I had an amazing sports/deep-tissue massage with Dan Schmit today. I was able to relax in his peaceful presence and his attention to details. I could tell immediately that he has a tone of experience and that he loves what he does. I felt well taken care of and safe in his care. I will be back!

Thomas, I can’t thank you enough for the role you’ve played in getting me to Boston. What once felt uncertain became possible through your guidance, persistence, and deep understanding of both injury management and performance. Working through injury is never easy, but your approach made all the difference. You didn’t just treat symptoms—you helped me understand my movement, build strength, and stay consistent in a way that supported both my running and my day-to-day life. Because of you, I’ve been able to keep doing my job, stay active, and move with confidence. Your expertise in running mechanics and overall movement really stands out. You have a way of breaking things down so they’re practical and sustainable, not just short-term fixes. I’ve also really appreciated your emphasis on staying strong as we age—it’s motivating and has changed how I think about long-term health and performance.

Thanks to Anja Physiotherapist in Cumberland. I am well underway with my finger exercises to predominately strengthen both thumbs. And to have better movement to my left thumb I am now wearing a moulded thumb brace ... All is well @ this stage with improving hand muscles! I highly recommend Anja at Perseverance Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre in Cumberland. Carol Carol Garvie Comox Valley

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with my massage therapist Sacha. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. From the moment each session begins, she creates a calm and welcoming environment that immediately puts me at ease. She takes the time to listen to my needs and always tailors the treatment accordingly, making sure to focus on any areas of tension or discomfort. Her attention to detail and intuitive approach really set her apart, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better than when I arrived. I truly appreciate her professionalism, warmth, and dedication to her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist.

Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Analyzed all the problem areas I had without being pressured for time. With several exercises that were printed out in detail. I would definitely recommend going to see Konrad.🙏

I was referred to this clinic for a finger injury that required a splint. While the hand therapists were booked well in advance, Ali, at the front desk, was quick to get me in. Elyse made time for me in her schedule and took really good care of me. Great service and excellent care at this clinic. Thank you!

I was so happy after my visit with Jamie today. I’ve been struggling with issues in my lower extremities for the past three and a half years since my hip replacement surgery, and today was the first time I truly felt like everything is going to be okay. He was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, and I’m so grateful for the exercise program you put together for me to help strengthen my body and support healing. It means more than I can say to finally feel hopeful and supported. Thank you again, Jamie. I’m excited to get started and really appreciate your care and guidance. Sincerely, Sandy
