“I’ve been working with Brynn Thistle since 2019 following a motorcycle accident. After three surgeries to repair significant damage to my shoulder, Brynn has been instrumental in helping me regain strength, mobility, and overall function. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and has guided my recovery — and ongoing maintenance — with professionalism and care. Brynn’s positive energy and genuine passion for her work make every session productive and encouraging. The clinic itself has been a staple in my life for years, and the entire staff are always friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. “I live with MS & have been working with Brynn Thistle since January of 2018. She has helped me heal from various injuries & cope with inevitable mobility decline due to disease progression. She is well versed in how to manage rehabilitation when faced with a progressive disease, and creates programs tailored to my situation (which can change without warning and in a positive or negative fashion). She fits home visits into her schedule and checks in with me in between. Her ethics, knowledge and focus are commendable and there is no question that without her assistance and support my mobility would be much worse than it is now. Thank you.”Read moreShow less

“My mother had a stroke in 2020, they sent multiple random and very rough therapists. The service was inconsistent, they would show up late or not at all. My mother who passed away in December of that year was extremely distressed by the care recieved as was I (her son). Pathways then sent invoice after invoice. I disputed their payments, their administration, and their approach. If you care about elderly or infirm loved one I strongly recommend to stay away from this group. Their rates are expensive, their service is lacking and even though I have valid disputes with all of their service they simply try to send this to a collections agency I'm going to settle this account with the hope this review helps someone in a challenging situation in the future.
