“Booked a spray tan and ended up in hospital same day, they didn't even wait a few hours for me to call them back before changing my card a no show fee. Unbelievably tacky. Edit to their response: This is me reaching out directly. You were closed by the time I got out of hospital because it usually takes people a long time to get through that process and they may have limited access to a charged phone. “I absolutely love Elegance Sculpting. Everyone who works here is lovely, friendly, professional, incredibly helpful and overall beautiful people. I cannot recommend it enough! Pop in and find out for yourself! Special shoutout to Jessica, the bright light at the front desk who always makes me feel so cared for 🤍 Update: I sadly need to lower my rating a titch. I went in for a microneedling appointment and upon paying it was $100 more than I had expected. I went home to check the website and found it was indeed the price I had assumed. I called to clarify and was told prices were adjusted in April. I pointed out the website had not been updated. Prices are not readily displayed anywhere for all services so we do rely on the website. I also gave a lovely 5 star review originally which, on the website, says you will receive a 10% discount. I guess, it is my fault for not asking for it. Anyway. Everyone is so lovely but I am incredibly disappointed my treatment was half again as much as I expected. That was a ouch!”Read moreShow less

“I went with a girlfriend to get teeth whitening done a week ago (January 22). Lady was nice, however overall treatment was poor. Lady said to wait four days post treatment to see results. Teeth are the same. I’ve cut out coffee, if I have a coffee or tea, I will drink out of a straw and brush my teeth immediately after. I think paying over $100 including tip would increase the chances of my teeth being professionally whitened, however I was wrong.”Read moreShow less

“Had the teeth whitening done. Didn't appear to be effective at all. After being encouraged to cut out coffee and other teeth staining products and following instructions and still didn't see a difference. People were asking me when I was getting the teeth whitening done after I already had it done. The staff was very lovely and will go there for other services but not overly pleased with the teeth whitening.”Read moreShow less

“This summer I decided to try out a couple of treatments so I could look my best at a family wedding. I am not someone who tans, but I liked the idea of having some healthy colour. Rachel advised me to try a spray tan ahead of the event and I was very impressed with the service and the results. The tan looked very natural and, as it faded, it left a nice glow and no streaks. The other treatment was tinted eyebrows and eyelashes. I cannot recommend this enough for the summer months in particular. I have not applied mascara or brow pencil all summer - and it is WONDERFUL! “I have been to Elegance Sculpting for 4 different services. Rachel is amazing at what she does. Her lashes are amazing, they last forever. I also had the Ultra and Vela Shape done and the results are amazing. My most recent treatment was laser hair removal. I am starting with the underarms first.
