“I have had a great experience at Paragon Physiotherapy. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the clinic has a postive atmosphere. A special thank you to Mary Calanza, my physiotherapist for her kindness, professionalism, and support throughout my therapy. She always takes the time to listen to my concern, explain things clearly, and make me feel comfortable during each session. Also, thank you to Kyle, a massage therapist, his treatment was very helpful and provided great relief. Thank you as well to Sam at reception for being always friendly and helpful. “If you are looking for a clinic that genuinely cares and takes their time to treat you Paragon physiotherapy is highly recommended. I had Mary as my physio and the sessions are always amazing. Sessions are never rushed and is worth it. You can definitely tell changes after the first session. “I am a new client at Paragon but have been a client of Kyle's (RMT) for over a year now. I cannot say enough good things about his practice. I am a runner and have gone to Kyle to help me prepare for short runs, and complicated or challenging half-marathons and he always knows what to do and suggest to prevent injury and to deal with any physical challenges that pop up. He is skilled, well-practiced and, importantly, intuitive about the needs of his clients and he approaches each client's unique needs with care. “I initially started physio to rebuild strength after spinal surgery. Michael had me back on my feet and building confidence in my mobility in no time! When l was unfortunate enough to acquire a new injury not long into my recovery that set me back, Paragon adapted quickly and have helped make sure I am addressing both areas safely. I also see Kyle for massage, and he is fantastic! I have been attending treatment at Paragon for 7 months now and cannot recommend them enough! When I started treatment, I was 3 weeks out of successful surgery, following 10+ years of chronic pain. I was no longer in pain, but I had no idea how to be physically active anymore. I lacked confidence, and was honestly terrified the slightest movement would undo a successful surgery and I'd end up back in pain. At the hospital, I had been given the impression that, even though surgery was successful, I'd be using a cane or a walker for some time going forward. I brought a cane to my first appointment with Paragon, admitting it actually seemed to be useless and possibly even making things worse. Michael was confident I wouldn't be needing walking aids. I took his advice, and haven't doubted it or touched the cane since! From day 1, they encouraged me to safely challenge myself, and trust I could do more than I was giving myself credit for. My biggest concern was my ability to get back to working a job that is physically demanding, as I worried I would keep needing time off for flare-ups and had no sick time. Paragon helped me successfully overcome every single flareup without the need to miss work again at all since my return 5 months ago. They excel at adapting treatment day by day based on what will be most functional for each person. They equip you with lots of exercises that you can do without equipment between sessions, which I have found so helpful. Their motivation for their clients to do well is evident and helps keep me motivated as well. If you love dogs, Benny is also a great addition that adds a lot of joy! If you're looking for a team that will keep you motivated to put the work in, and who are willing to work with you, I cannot recommend Paragon enough! I would have been lost without their guidance.
