“I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Onkar and Taylor! I went in with severe lower back pain, and after just one week of chiropractic and physiotherapy treatments, I felt 100% again. “I was referred to this pain relief clinic by my family doctor, Dr. Alam, for severe shoulder pain, and I'm so grateful for the care I received from Dr. Poonam. Dr. Poonam is kind, patient, and highly professional. She took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my shoulder in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in my treatment. When I first came in, I could barely move my shoulder because of the pain. After her treatment, my shoulder has improved significantly and is now barely painful. She also taught me exercises to continue doing at home, which I really appreciate. The clinic itself is clean, quiet, and welcoming. The peaceful atmosphere made me feel calm and comfortable during every visit. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Poonam and the entire team, for your excellent care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with pain.”

“I initially decided to try this clinic because of their $69 initial appointment promotion. I thought it would be a good opportunity to see if the treatment could help my concerns, and it turned out to be well worth it. I have calcific tendonitis and originally thought I would need barbotage for my shoulder pain. Instead, I was advised to try shockwave therapy, which provided noticeable relief. I also had a long-standing issue with my right hip, and after my first adjustment, I felt significant relief right away. Dr. Dhoot was amiable, professional, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. I was impressed by the care I received and the results from just the first session. Because of my positive experience, I have recommended the clinic to my family as well. Highly recommended!”

“I've been here once and the therapy was average, not much to complain about but the person working at the reception at the time charged me for the wrong therapy type and did not utilize the available benefits which was an inconvenience but overall doesn't deserve less than 3 stars. My second appointment that I booked online was booked over 5 weeks in advance. They don't have availability for months so I made sure I put it in my calendar - please note they will charge you promptly if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. However, I just got a text (not even a call) with zero explanation and they cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before. It's very unprofessional and they assume that you can drop all your work and reschedule to a completely different time in a moment's notice because screw people seeking therapy, right? After both experiences, I'd never book an appointment with them again and I don't recommend anyone their services.”

“My experience with their physiotherapist Olivia has been really amazing. She stays focused during the session and resolve the targeted issue every time. I feel so much better every time i visit this place. I have been to other physiotherapist they jump between 2-3 patients at a time, Olivia has been really professional and helpful at every visit. Their Receptionist are very professional and nice too.”

“I recently had my first RMT session with Wesley and it was a great experience from start to finish. Wesley was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided helpful suggestions to support muscle recovery and overall mobility. I also appreciated the post-massage tips and advice he gave me to help continue recovery at home. “Pain Free is a great facility and I couldn’t recommend it enough — especially Tyler. I’ve had a really difficult time navigating my work injury and WCB, and he has been incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. He consistently goes out of his way to think ahead, find solutions, and make sure your recovery stays the priority. He’s very knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond to ensure there are no gaps in care. Even when he was going to be away for a month, everything was already arranged in advance — from filing extensions to booking me in with colleagues — so my treatment wouldn’t be disrupted. What stood out most is that he doesn’t just focus on the 30 minutes you’re in the clinic. He genuinely cares about your long-term recovery and puts in the effort to give you the best possible outcome. I’m really grateful for the care and support I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyler and the entire team at Pain Free to anyone.”
