“First time here. Came for a massage chair. Was thinking about a Osaka or Panasonic massage chair but went with Osim. Got the uDream Well-Being Massage Chair and was helped by Cherrie who was very patient, understanding and very accommodating. Love, love, love the new uDream Well-Being Massage Chair definitely better then comparable models from the competition. “This store has amazing people to help you and answer any questions you may have regarding this product and comparison to other products. They do not bash the competition but give their opinion and comparison. We visited this store twice and took the time to decide if the product was a good match for us. This is subjective to each person and preference. James took the time to provide us with information that we asked for and was patient throughout the multiple times we visited. We tried out the whole line-up multiple times and he explained and compared each product. There is a promotion going on for Black Friday (2023) and you can save some nice chunk of change.
