“I came here to treat depression. And all I saw is the lack of compassion from the doctor. All I see is arrogance and selfishness. Would not recommend this place to anyone with mental issues. Definitely see a psychiatrist and a GOOD therapist instead!”

“I visited Dr. Tony for a really bad back pain 3 years ago. He helped me with his magical acupuncturist treatment. The treatment was done three years ago when I thought I would never be able to sit anymore with that back pain. Since then even though I am sitting 8-9 hours / day that pain has never returned. Highly recommended ✅”

“I’m not sure about the skills of this legendary doctor as he basically just blabbed on and on about his success with his other patients and tended to interrupt every time we started trying to tell him what my dad’s problem was. Some doctors can just figure out one’s problem from touching their wrist pulse point, but all he did was draw a few squiggly lines on his sheet and then asked us what the problem us without even attempting to even try to diagnose our problem from his experience. We came home with 2 bags of herbs and their heating pot for $200+ and never went back to see him again. Waste of time and money. Clinic is small, located in a place that is difficult to park, and not the most wheelchair friendly place.”

“今天预约的11点来看诊，等了40分钟。11:40终于轮到我时，前台却把预约排在我后面的女生请了进去。我跟他示意，他请错人了，却得到说“下一个就是你” 这样的答复。如果我再等，就会等超过一个小时，我后面时间还有其他的安排，且停车费超过一个小时，就要额外付10块钱（1小时$3.5，2小时$13.92）诊所选择无视他们的错误，这让我无法接受。很抱歉，我选择默默离开了。除了时间原因，因为当时些许情绪，脉象会乱，并不适合继续看诊。我遇到过其他诊所因为人满为患，等超过更久的时候，前台会一直安抚客人的情绪，而且一直根据时间表叫病人的名字。显然这里的前台缺乏这些经验。最后我想说，我并非质疑卓医生的医术，他是本地很出名的医生，也并不差我这一个病人。很遗憾今天因为感到没有被尊重，以后可能也不会再回来。 I had an appointment at 11 am and ended up waiting for almost an hour without seeing the doctor. Despite arriving on time, I waited 40 minutes, only to watch the front desk staff call in someone who had an appointment 15 minutes after mine. This meant I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. No one apologized or acknowledged this mistake. Patients' time should be respected, period. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve.”

“Dr Zhou doesn’t care to help anybody. Anybody that meets him will know what I mean when I say this. He’s just in it for the money and it’s things like rushing patients out of the room or not explaining anything or doing a follow up. How can someone do this type of work at not have a passion to help others?”

“I feel the doctor lacks compassion was rude and lacks professionalism. Felt really rushed with no followup questions or guidance post treatment. Worst experience I've had from an acupuncturist. I'm giving two stars because the front staff is nice.”
