An amazing chiropractor! Adrienne is professional, highly knowledgeable, and gives great practical advice. On top of that, she is incredibly kind and brings the absolute best energy to the room. You're in great hands here!

Dr. Adrienne has been an incredible support with chiropractic support in my third trimester when I was referred to her. She is extremely professional, warm and skilled in treating pregnant women and a result I’m feeling in much better shape to deliver after a relatively sedentary pregnancy due to morning sickness. Thank you so much Dr. Adrienne for your support, lucky to have such dedicated and talented practitioners like you in Toronto!

Oma is No. 1 in my books for me and my family. All five in our family have been treated at some stage for acute issues, chronic issues, or just a general maintenance tune up. Life is always better after a treatment at Oma.mentions Oma Chiropractic →

Christine is a rare and extraordinary healer. Her professionalism is matched only by her deep kindness, and she brings an intuitive understanding of how the mind and body work together. As a RMT practitioner, craniosacral therapist, and osteopath, she has an incredible ability to sense what the body needs and respond with exactly the right approach. In just three visits, she has made quite a difference in my physically, mentally, and emotionallyi. I’m truly grateful for her care.

I highly recommend OMA Clinic! I am currently receiving physiotherapy from Anuta following an Achilles tendon injury, and she is wonderful. In every session, we implement new exercises to support my recovery. I truly appreciate her attention to detail; she ensures every movement is executed with perfection. The level of individualization in her treatment is very good . Additionally, whenever I experience neck or back pain, I book a chiropractic session with Sonja. She does a wonderful job as well! I always feel immediate relief afterward. And when I want to treat myself, I book a massage with Joanna—it is always such a restorative, peaceful experience. I love the atmosphere at OMA. Everyone is incredibly kind, and it truly feels like a beautiful, community-oriented clinic!

I walked into Oma seeking help for a painful shoulder injury and asked about physiotherapy. Instead of being assisted, I was simply told by the receptionist to “go to the website.” Once home, I tried to book an appointment with a physiotherapist who appeared to have same-day availability, but the system required me to schedule a 15-minute introductory call first. When I attempted to book that call through the app, there were no appointments available. I then called Oma and another staff member kindly helped me schedule the intro call, but the earliest opening was at the end of the week. I accepted, even though I really needed treatment sooner. Afterward, I completed the intake forms, but they required credit card information, which I couldn’t provide because I had misplaced my credit card. During the virtual call, I was told I needed to finish the forms before moving forward, which wasn’t possible without the credit card. At that point, I booked elsewhere. I contacted Mend Physio, got an appointment for the next morning, and was able to pay in cash. Overall, the process at Oma felt unnecessarily complicated, with too many barriers to accessing care when I was in pain and needed timely treatment. For an organization that promotes holistic wellness, the experience felt impersonal and unhelpful.

Sonja is amazing. I've been seeing her for more than five years and, in addition to helping me through many issues and times of pain, she is also the only practitioner who was able to help relieve my concussion symptoms. Highly recommend Oma and Dr. Zab!!

Love seeing Adrienne for cranial-sacral treatment every month or so. It’s a much needed release and reset that is hard to describe! My new favourite self care routine! Adrienne has such a big heart and cares so much for her patients!mentions Adrienne McRuvie →

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mishka Thomson at OMA Chiropractic and Wellness for several years now, and she is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly caring and has helped me immensely, especially during moments of acute pain when I needed immediate relief. She always takes the time to listen, explain what’s happening, and ensure I feel supported. Beyond being an outstanding chiropractor, she’s an absolute joy to be around, and I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. She’s awesome. The environment at OMA is warm, welcoming, and bright. The care I’ve received from the practitioners there, including founder Dr. Adrienne McRuvie, has genuinely improved my life. My husband is also a regular at OMA, and they’ve helped him immensely with various issues. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. As this was my first time going to a chiropractor, I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect. I can tell you that from the moment I came in to Oma, I felt at ease. Detta at reception was friendly and welcoming and my experience with Dr. Adrienne McRuvie was what I can best describe as delightful! She took the time to get to the bottom of my 50+ years of aches and pains I've been experiencing. Our first few treatments have been game changing. Noticeably less pain and tightness in a few of my problem areas. The space itself has a relaxing, positive vibe and the lower level has all kinds of areas and appliances for wellness I will be sure to be taking advantage of.
