“Oceanside physio has been my number 1 choice through experience. Several years ago after healthcare related injuries I needed a work-conditioning rehab.Outstanding service and dedicated staff. I was given a guideline afterwards to use for at home and at a gym,and I use to this day. Other injuries the past few years I returned to ocean-side, and the physiotherapists looked after me, this time around most recently a post-surgery program. So far so good, doing well. Much of the healing process requires recommended programs outside the clinic at home with followup reviews. Top marks.”Read moreShow less

“I have been attending Oceanside Physio for the past two plus months. Physio and Hydrotherapy were both new to me. However, physiotherapist Charul Samant was so helpful and knowledgeable that my shoulder work injury healed and strengthened along with excellent hydrotherapy with Emily. “Front desk was welcoming, Joan and Morgan were very helpful in teaching me good exercises and movements to help with my back/shoulder pain aswell as teaching me healthy habits to improve my posture, they were both very friendly and helpful and gentle while treating me! “The physiotherapists I've seen here have been great. Laura, Angelina and Chris are very good and if they had their own clinics, I would recommend them. My experience with the front desk, and company policies is where I struggled. This is supposed to be a client based business, but I was told by the receptionist no, it's all about the administration when I questioned this following policy. IF you have a Monday appointment, there is no way to cancel it when you receive your confirmation 2 days prior because no one checks the emails, texts, of phone messages on the weekend. Which means you are on the hook for a cancellation fee, even if you give 48 hour notice for a Monday appointment. IF you legit miss an appointment, I 100% agree with a fee. However, if you give Oceanside Physiotherapy notice for a Monday appointment, but there is no way to reach them, that is a business issue. Not the client's fault. When I asked the receptionist if there was a way to have messages on the Friday before a Monday appointment, she got upset with me, told me to get in the online program *which I was unaware of* and then rescheduled my appointment for the following Friday (she did try for the next Monday which I refused) When I arrived for my appointment for 1:20 on Friday afternoon. I was told I was not in the books, and had no appointments booked at all. I can only think that perhaps that receptionist was unhappy with me, and just didn't follow through on the booking. I have no idea which receptionist I dealt with, but even when I arrived for the appointment that didn't exist suddenly, the receptionist then didn't even try to rebook me, and in the middle of our conversation started talking to someone else as if I was not standing right in front of her. So...I've booked elsewhere and sadly can no longer recommend this business as it is clear, it is not client based.”Read moreShow less

“Oceanside Physio is the best! The entire staff is fantastic. They are knowledgeable, competent and empathetic. I was worried that my back would ever be pain free again and my activities would remain restricted. I have been active my entire life so the limitations really affected my quality of life. I had hoped for improvement of my condition when I started physio but I never expected to come out stronger than ever and virtually pain free. It took committing to a program and working it but the results are amazing. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Oceanside Physiotherapy!!”Read moreShow less
