You all made my painful visit so much more peaceful and stress-free. :) It’s rare for me to have such a positive experience at a hospital, but these three incredible staff members were exceptionally kind, attentive, and compassionate. I truly appreciate their positivity, professionalism, and strong work ethic. I know they work long hours and care for so many patients every day, which makes their kindness and dedication even more meaningful. This was the first time I’ve left a hospital feeling like I was genuinely cared for. Thank you for making such a difficult experience so much easier.”

“Having had day surgery yesterday I became aware of how lucky we are to have such a fantastic hospital here in Oakville.From beginning to end the staff I encountered made me feel safe and relaxed. Starting with the nurses in pre-op. They were fantastic and my appointment was done quickly with a few giggles. Kaitlyn in pre-surgery was just wonderful and also Mahmoud in recovery was caring and kind. Dr. Ginty explained my procedure and recovery in a calm compassionate manner. Also a shout out to the Anesthesiologist who understood how nervous I was. Thank you to you all, for the care I received by each and every one of you!”

“Dear Team, Today, April 16th 2026, Thursday, I underwent a nuclear test for my kidneys, bladder, and urethra at the Nuclear Department of Oakville Trafalgar Hospital, Halton Health Care, and I felt compelled to share my experience. What I encountered was nothing short of divine. I truly believe that at certain moments in life, we meet God through people—gentle, compassionate individuals who become instruments of His grace. For me, that person was Mr. John Oh, the Nuclear Test technologist. The care, patience, and reassurance he offered were extraordinary. His clear guidance and calm presence helped me complete the entire procedure comfortably, without the need for any medication for claustrophobia. That, in itself, felt remarkable. Every step was handled with such kindness and professionalism that it transformed what could have been an anxious experience into one filled with trust and gratitude. “I had a very positive experience at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on April 15, 2026 and I would like to recognize Nurse MELISSA and BOB who volunteers on 2nd floor of the Ambulatory department for their exceptional compassionate care. From the moment my husband, daughter, and I arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure my husband was comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. Everyone compassion and patience truly made a difference during a stressful time. I am very grateful for the care my husband received and would like to thank Nurse MELISSA and Bob the volunteer once more for going above and beyond. They are a true asset to the hospital. “This review is long overdue. I delivered my baby at the hospital in May 2025, and I can confidently say my experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the doctors, nurses, and all staff members were extremely caring, professional, and attentive. The medical team was patient, calm, and always took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped reduce a lot of stress during such an important moment. “Best emergency service I have received. A lot of reviews here are negative, but after having been through Joseph Brant and other hospitals, this one was amazing. The staff are so nice, their volunteer program makes it feel warm and welcoming, and overall waiting was 3 hours, and this was more multiple test, multiple doctors. I was immediately put into triage, and did the basic screening within 10 minutes of being there. If you can make the drive, definitely suggest going here right away and skipping the other ones.”

“On February 3, 2026, I became a mother for the second time. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the Birthing Suites and the Maternity unit. They do an incredible job — everyone was very caring, professional, and attentive. My stay at the hospital was truly comfortable. I would especially like to thank Nurse Sasha and Dr. Tawfik, who were with me during labor. They are true professionals. Sasha supported me in an incredible way when I no longer had the strength — she always checked in on me, cared deeply, and helped me through everything. Without her, it would have been much harder for me. I truly believe that the staff deserves excellent benefits and, at the very least, outstanding salaries for the work they do. “I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nurse Paige and Midwife Andrea for the exceptional care they provided during my delivery. Nurse Paige was absolutely amazing very attentive, helpful, extremely professional, patient, and calm, even during the most difficult moments. Her presence gave me a great sense of comfort and safety when I needed it the most. Midwife Andrea was fast, efficient, and very supportive. She also delivered my first child, which made this experience even more reassuring and special for me. Her decisions were essential during a difficult labor marked by intense pain. My labor was not easy, and I can say with complete confidence that without the support, expertise, and dedication of these two professionals, my baby and I might not have made it through this experience the way we did. I am deeply grateful for their care, compassion, and professionalism. They truly make a difference and deserve the highest recognition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Was here at the hospital in November 2025. Dr. Lei for Vitrectomy surgery is the best. Very positive experience through and through. No issues at all navigating through the process and very quick to response from their clinical team at Milton Eye Surgeons and Halton Retina Care. All the followup appointments also went well and the supporting team was also very friendly and helpful.”
