The care I received from Marie at Northern Physiotherapy was second to none. She was extremely thorough in her assessment and gave me exercises and hands-on manipulation to help me in my recovery. Her staged approach was easy to follow and I wasn’t overwhelmed with too many exercises, but just the right amount to keep me on track. The receptionist, Maria, is friendly and was extremely helpful whenever I had to call the clinic. I have had bad experiences with physios who pack in too many clients at a time and leave you alone with a machine, and it was refreshing to have an attentive and hands-on approach with Marie. Highly recommend this clinic.

Love Northern Physio. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Marie-Pier has been my favourite physiotherapist for 13 years now (I have seen others in her absence some time ago), her technique is the best.

Friendly atmosphere and great staff! I’ve been a client at Northern for over a decade. They help me schedule things well in advance so I can stay on track and always take the time to correct my movements so I’m rehabbing properly. A fantastic team that always makes me feel at home.

I have been a client of Northern Physiotherapy for over 20 years to treat various sports related injuries. I typically receive treatment from Marie but I have also received treatment from Kylie. I would absolutely recommend Northern. Their staff, both the medical professionals and the reception and administrative staff, are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The physo's habit of only working with one client during a given time slot is something that I very much apreceate. This one on one client focused approach ensures that I am completing exercises correctly, i am able to ask questions as they come up and receiving treatments in a very focused and uninterrupted manner.

I've been going to Northern Physio for many years now. The care is exceptional. I've had multiple sports related injuries. Each treatment was thorough, targeted and moved me one step closer to regaining my mobility (and back to what I love doing). I highly recommend this professional team for all of your physio needs!

Dishonest. Lack lustre customer service. In a recent event my insurance company was billed $1085 for two visits totalling less than 1 hour. Northern Physio bills in sections for insurance visits but after i had stated that I was fine they had not offered any additional visits considering they had billed my insurance company already. I find this dishonest and immoral as they scammed my insurance company out of money and did a disservice by not offering me more visit for the amount already billed. I find this to be a clear sign of insurance robbery and a quick buck earned for as little effort put forth as possible. Sheer laziness.

Really happy with the care I've received from Rachel Carter. I have specific health issues she specializes in, which is why I chose her services in the first place, and I have seen a big difference in my overall mobility, functionality, and mental health because of it.

Saw one of the physiotherapists here for two sessions and stopped going as I wasn't satisfied with the care I received. The initial assessment seemed quite thorough and I left with a few exercises, although they weren't written down so it was hard to keep up with them. During my second appointment, there was absolutely no follow up from the initial assessment to talk about the treatment plan and he barely asked me about how I was doing. No manual therapy either. We just went straight to the mats, went over the exercises again for around 15 minutes, then he sent me on my way. I was actually quite shocked and didn't say anything, although I shared my experience with the receptionist after she called the following week about an insurance issue. She was great and provided me with a few options, including seeing a new provider, but I ultimately decided not to go that route as I was already having trouble getting appointments that worked with my schedule anyways (they had little to no evening availability). TLDR: the receptionist was wonderful, but the physiotherapist I saw was not. Perhaps the others are better, I don't know. Very limited availability, especially for people with M-F/9-5 jobs.
