“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve seen Dr. Gary Nagra twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. From the moment you walk in, he’s incredibly kind, caring, and professional. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on, what treatment he’s recommending, and why he’s doing it, which makes you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. What really stands out is how attentive he is. He checks in frequently to make sure you’re comfortable and understands that every patient is different. His treatments go far beyond a simple adjustment—he incorporates multiple modalities, including laser therapy, massage gun work, and other techniques tailored to your needs. Both times I’ve left feeling significantly better than when I arrived. It’s clear that Dr. Nagra genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. “Dr. Courtney Nickel was fantastic!! I tweaked my neck and was able to get in within 24 hours. The front desk ladies were lovely and I got in right at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Courtney Nickel was super personable and made me feel very welcome and cared for. She explained things in a very simple, easy to understand way, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and I left feeling MUCH MUCH better. Looking forward to my next visit. “Cara and Team are absolutely amazing! I have seen Cara and Courtney, both are great. My 15 year old daughter sees Cara every 5-6weeks. This multidisciplinary clinic is so accommodating and professional. Front end staff are always on point. We have had Jacklyn make our foot orthotics and she is great! Seeing Physio next Monday! “I have had neck problems for decades. I have been treated by many physiotherapists, doctors and chiropractors. The past Chiropractors would only do their adjustments and send me on my way. Physio would do IMS, which was only a temporary fix. I accidently ended up meeting Dr. Courtney Nikel, as my previous Chiro had to move away. You know the saying, "Change is good donkey!"..... Well, this is the best change that has happened to me in a very long time. It is all because, Dr. Courney Nikel is the BEST doctor I have EVER seen. She is very easy to talk to and really listens to what you have to say. She is extremely gentle and explains what she will be doing. “Cara is the absolute best!!! In late January I herniated a disc in my back and couldn't walk for a week, but after treatment (including laser) with Cara and the home exercises she gave me, I'm making good solid progress. Cara has the personal experience of having had a herniated disc in the past, and paired with her training she knows exactly what to do to help you get results and heal your body safely. She is kind and caring, and always so friendly. I cannot recommend her enough for Chiro! With regular treatment I've regained the ability to walk without pain, and the sciatic pain and numbness in my leg has now gone completely after only 5 weeks of treatment! I'll be keeping up my regular visits to make sure I can make a full recovery. NEXT is a really nice clinic and the staff make you feel welcome. “I wanted to write a review for a truly amazing chiropractor. Cara was always so welcoming, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the very first visit, she made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. The results truly spoke for themselves, I saw real improvement with her care. She also went above and beyond by providing thorough, top-notch doctor’s notes for my work-related injury, making the process with my workplace and WCB much smoother and less stressful. That extra effort meant so much to me. On top of being an excellent professional, she’s also just a wonderful person. We shared lots of laughs, which made every appointment something I actually looked forward to.
