“I’ve had acupuncture done a few times at different clinics and it never really felt like the right fit for me. After my initial assessment and first treatment with Kathryn Mactavish, my experience felt very different. She took the time to go through my intake form with me, explain her approach, and walk me through what she was doing and why. I really appreciated how much time she spent helping me understand the treatment and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. “I came for chiropractic care and ended up trying nearly everything, naturopathy, acupuncture, and osteopathy. Every single practitioner has been thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. “I see Dr. Eberhard for help with my Hashimoto's disease and PCOS. I always feel heard and leave feeling like I know how to better take care of myself and help with my symptoms. She helps me to better communicate things for my family doctor to make sure I'm doing everything I can to improve my health. For the longest time before I was seeing her my doctor would throw medications at me for symptom management that almost never worked or were just a band-aid for a bigger problem. “The first appointment I had with Stuart Hope was Feb. 23/26 - Thank you, Stuart for the wonderful gentle and relaxing treatment - That day, I seem to be in a more positive frame of mind. - That evening I had a much better sleep because I only got up once.
