From the very first interaction, I was treated with kindness, respect, patience, compassion, and honesty. Theone, the front desk staff, went above and beyond—not only coordinating appointments but also reminding me to attend them so I could recover faster. She is truly the face of the clinic, and I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and care. Shifali, the physiotherapist, is an absolute gem. Her expertise, compassion, and commitment to her patients are exceptional. The occupational therapist, kinesiologist, and social worker were equally outstanding, each playing a vital role in my recovery and well-being. Most importantly, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Anastasia. She is incredibly kind, caring, and always works in her patients' best interests. I vividly remember the times she stood by me when I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious. She made sure I received the care I needed on time, without ever making me worry about insurance coverage or financial concerns. Her reassurance, support, and genuine compassion meant more to me than words can describe. Because of this remarkable team, I received timely care that has helped me heal and move forward. “I’ve been receiving care at MyoHealth Rehab and Wellness Centre since my car accident in 2021, and I’m very grateful for the support throughout my recovery journey. The entire team has been amazing—professional, caring, and truly dedicated to helping me improve. My care team includes social workers Ashley Soryal and Amanda Rego, along with physiotherapy, chiropractic, occupational therapy, occupational therapy assistant, and speech-language pathology services. “I had an excellent rehabilitation experience with the entire team at Myo Health Rehab. From the front desk and their amazing services to the physiotherapists, chiropractors, Kinesiologists and massage therapist, everyone was truly professional and supportive. “Convinced me they would help me and all myo did was help get me housing with an abusive man and then further on, a negligent PSW thru assisted living that myo told me i had 2 weeks to vacate, yet the PSW changed the locks on me while i was in hospital, way before those 2 weeks were up. Im left worse off in terms of my housing, my mental health & now myo has dropped me as a client im left with zero resources, referrals or anything. I was just a pay check. And as soon as the brain injury patient, myself, starts displaying BRAIN INJURY SYMPTOMS,, IM the one that becomes the issue? “I’ve been to a lot of clinics over the years, and what stood out about MyoHealth is that it doesn’t feel like you’re just another appointment on a schedule. From the moment you walk in, the team actually takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body instead of rushing through a standard routine. What impressed me most is how multidisciplinary the clinic is — they have physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, kinesiology and several other services all working together, so the treatment feels coordinated rather than fragmented. It’s clear the goal here isn’t just temporary relief but real recovery and long-term improvement. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you get better.
