“If you’ve ever dealt with dual-arm tendonitis, you know the special kind of misery it brings. My wrists and elbows decided to go on strike at the same time, turning simple daily tasks into an Olympic sport. I did months of the "Standard Recovery Tour"—physio, TENS machines, and enough acupuncture to turn me into a human pincushion—but nothing budged. I was at the point where I was genuinely weighing my options between a Cortisone shot or just scouting out prices for high-end prosthetics. I figured amputation was a bit extreme, but at least the plastic arm wouldn't ache, right? Then, a random Facebook recommendation led me to Kayla Evans at MVMENT Therapy for something called RAPID NFR. I’ll admit I was skeptical, but after just four sessions, the results have been nothing short of miraculous. Kayla is a legitimate master of her craft. She didn't just manage the pain; she actually fixed the issue that months of traditional therapy couldn't touch.
