No service or support. I'm disabled, and there is no supports or systems in place to help those of us who are not fitting the "normal people" category. Took a month to renew in April last year from inactive to active. I kept my mouth shut online, only submitted one complaint via email. Never heard back. A month of no work. Now to renew, no one is in office, or has been in office, retuning emails, or answering any questions or calls. Multiple attempts to contact. You want my money but yet make it near impossible to pay it. Where is the accountability? Who do you work for? Not the members it seems, as necessary as you are. The potential is there to make it a great organization, but the politics internally or the lack of support make it near impossible to make a difference.

I must ask, why do we pay fees for exactly nothing. Somebody is making money, you hear nothing only when you owe them money, no service , no support.

Nobody was in office during month, and I tried to call - nobody answered. Via e-mail - the same. Are they expecting?

Always received great service whenever I would call in with questions. So friendly as well.
