WE ENFORCE A STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment. By booking an appointment you agree to our cancellation policy.

We offer direct billing for most major insurance companies. We DO NOT work with WSIB, ODSP or Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance.

🚨IMPORTANT: Lab tests are NOT included in the cost of the appointment, as each test has its own lab fee. When possible, we help facilitate lab requisitions through your family doctor to reduce costs.🚨

“If you’re struggling, you need to see Nima… yesterday. I never thought I’d be the kind of person who does acupuncture. I have a real fear of needles and the type that makes your whole body tense and makes me cry. But when my anxiety, stress, hormones, sleep, and overall health started slipping… I hit a point where I needed help fast. That’s when I found Nima and honestly I wish I had gone sooner. He doesn’t just do acupuncture….He makes you feel safe, heard, and cared for in a way that instantly calms you down. He checks on you, listens, explains everything, and makes sure you’re comfortable every second. Somehow my phobia disappears with him I end up relaxed, grounded, and actually breathing again. And he treats everything: stress, women’s health, hormones, fertility support, TMJ, migraines, digestion, sleep issues, facial rejuvenation….you name it. “I needed custom insoles urgently due to posterior tibial tendinopathy and an upcoming trip to Europe. Sina delivered an incredible pair of orthotics within just a few days—perfect fit and top-quality craftsmanship. He’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Truly a first-class establishment. Highly recommend to anyone needing expert care and a fast turnaround. The only issue was with the software—they’re using the generic Jane app, which made communication a bit difficult. There was no custom-branded app, no two-way messaging, and overall the interface was confusing. That said, Sina’s service and professionalism more than made up for it.”

“Been in pain(neck/shoulder/headache) for weeks and went to few other chiropractic/physiotherapy clinics and even went to emergency to get shot for pain relieve. Nothing worked. I found movability clinic on my instagram feed by coincidence few days ago . Watched some of videos of Dr Sina about neck, shoulder pain. He explained exactly what i was going through. I immediately reached out and luckily got an appointment and honestly he saved me from my misery. I had my first session with him yesterday and i finally feel i can go back to my normal life. My pain disappeared 80%, Dr Sina is not only very knowledgeable, professional in his profession, also very caring and gets your pain through listening.
