“Ash at Milne Massage Therapy is amazing! I've been seeing him the past month and will continue to see him regularly. He is very knowledgeable about the muscles/nerves of the body and incorporates a variety of massage techniques into his session. I have been seeing RMTs for about 4 years and he is one of my new favorites. He also educates and gives suggestions for stretches and exercises for my problem areas after the session.
