CANCELLATION POLICY:
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee.
We are able to direct bill most private third party insurance plans, WorkSafe BC and ICBC. If you have extended health insurance, please bring your policy details to your first appointment.

“Great place I went to get my to get neck checked out as it was not getting better faster been 2 weeks 2 hospital visits till finally nurse said try a physiotherapist. Other than the doctor when i was at hospital I never got any recommendations at the very least was just rest. I'm glad I came here now my neck is still little tender but i already feeling way better after the instructions of muscle experising in my neck after 2 days. I only expect to be even better in next 2 weeks or more. Sean is a fantastic physiotherapist. I highly recommend this place if you need need physio done.”Read moreShow less

“I did a lot of research and chose this clinic to treat my wife’s severe shoulder pain. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we were left waiting for almost a half an hour but no one bothered to inform us of any update. When the therapist finally appeared, he simply said, 'I'll be right back, OK?' and walked past us without a single apology for the delay. If a clinic cannot respect a patient’s time or maintain basic professional courtesy, the appointment system is meaningless. “I love Nasan and the McCallum team so much. I started going a few years back when I was struggling with parts of my fitness journey. I couldn’t do various workouts properly, and once I saw Nasan I realized I didn’t have proper access to certain parts of my body. After going and unlocking those muscles, I saw a huge improvements in my form in my workout and my posture. I also saw improvements in my snowboarding ability. Now anytime I have an injury or even if something feels off balance, I go see Nasan right away. He’s so intuitive and methodical in his treatments. He takes time to keep up with what is shifting from week to week, and he teaches you how to pay attention to your body. The receptionist team is also stellar! “Been going to Brent for years. He’s not your average physio. He is a realist and can give you an honest diagnosis. He is so knowledgeable and his adjustments are not harmful. “I received several recommendations from co-workers for this clinic, and specifically with Brent! My first visit was very pleasant (I was a bit shy at first). Brent isolated and treated the problem within a few minutes, and I had just been to an unsuccessful Chiropractor appointment a day earlier. “I have been seeing Brent Hartman for almost three years because of spinal cord damage due a motor vehicle accident. The neurosurgery didn't have as much effect as I had hoped for. However, Brent's expertise & knowledge has helped me to understand my situation much better. I find his sense of humour therapeutic in itself.
