“I am extremely disappointed with the experience my friend’s family had at Massage Addict. When booking the appointment, she clearly explained that the massage was for a child and confirmed—more than once—that children typically receive 30-minute sessions. The front desk staff assured her the appointment would be booked for one hour. Her husband brought their daughter in for the appointment, and this happened twice in one week: the child was taken out after only 30 minutes, yet they were still charged for the full one-hour session. With tip, this came to $156 for just 30 minutes of a child’s massage, which is completely unacceptable. When my friend called to resolve the issue, she reasonably asked for either a refund for the unused 30 minutes or to have the remaining time credited for a future visit. Not only did the owner refuse to offer any resolution, but several staff members were shockingly rude and dismissive. As a result, she cancelled all eight of her pre-booked appointments and will never return. I have had many massages over the years and have never seen a company operate in such poor faith or treat customers with so little respect. If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what this experience would deserve.”Read moreShow less

“I have full coverage, booked and was told they do direct billing. Gave my information, theres only a spot to put one insurance in the online form, I have two. Becky was great. Tipped her separately. When it was time to bill I was told my insurance was only covering %70. That's not normal, but I gave my second insurance and their system wasnt working to process it so I had to pay out of pocket the remainder. Whole reason I booked there was the direct billing. Receptionist didn't seem to care. I might be back, but only because of Becky.”Read moreShow less

“I booked a relaxing hot stone massage here for my birthday and it was unfortunately the worst massage I’ve ever had. The therapist was cold, blunt, and not welcoming at all. The room wasn’t kept quiet and she spent long periods with her hands completely off my body. When she did apply pressure, it was repetitive, one-direction rubbing that didn’t feel like proper technique — and often without the stones, even though it was supposed to be a hot stone massage. She barely worked on my neck, and when I asked her to go back, the pressure was so hard I had to ask her to stop. Halfway through, she asked if I wanted a full-body massage and if I wanted my feet done, which should have already been included. Even after I said yes, she spent maybe 30 seconds on each foot. My appointment also started 10 minutes late, which made me late for my next one. Even with my benefits, I still had to pay $52.50 out of pocket — and the service was nowhere near worth it.
