“I went in today for deep tissue massage at 3 pm. I've always booked with a specific person but this time due to unavailability i had to book with someone new which i am regretting now. I clearly mentioned before the session that i am here for my lower back pain but he barely worked on that for like 5 minutes and spent the rest of the time on my neck which was completely fine before. “December 1st 2025, appointment time 6:45 to 7:45 pm. I went to this place before and it was great, but this time I had a very disappointing experience. I clearly mentioned what I wanted in the form online, plus I told them again when they asked before starting the session. “I visit Massage Addicts NW Edmonton and highly recommend Yuee. She is always very professional and pleasant and applies the right levels of pressure. Yuee also provides advice on stretching to help with mobility and where to focus time on the next appointment. She seems to genuinely care about her patients.
