“I spoke with the receptionist and informed her that we received a tornado warning and were asked to stay home at the time for leaving for my appointment on July 18. I am a regular customer of this location and hardly ever cancel and the clinic is charging me a cancellation fee when there is literally a tornado warning and i even requested the clinic to reschedule to later that evening or the next day so I could come in when safer. I have been charged for the cancellation and it doesn't make sense at all under the circumstances, are you guys expecting your customers to come in when its unsafe and emergency warnings are sent out? “I had an amazing experience at Massage Addict with Youssef. At the beginning of my therapeutic session, he took the time to ask about my main concerns, and I explained that my lower back was bothering me the most. After assessing the issue, he made a few targeted adjustments. About five minutes later, he asked me to stand up and walk around to see how I felt. The difference was incredible. Before the adjustment, I couldn’t even touch my toes. Afterward, I was able to bend down and touch the ground with no problem. I was genuinely amazed by the immediate improvement.Youssef was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. “Very very disappointed. I had a session with christina i was in the room exactly 1:15 but she came into the room after 5 minutes . Initially i told her to mainly focus on feet and legs and ankle but she spend very few seconds on it even after mentioning. She is just persuing their time to rubbing the oil on the body without any massage just rubbing the oil no massage . I feel that she don’t want to do the massage more interested in rubbing the oil without any effort . I mentioned even in the massage please put more pressure but even mentioning she didn’t bother I didn’t feel relax and i just waste my time and money . I would prefer Rupinder last time i had a session with her she is brilliant. She put effort and did a massage not just a oil therapy.
