“I can’t say enough good things about Maria Lim. From the very first session, she was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on my specific concerns. I had been dealing with persistent sore hips and stubborn plantar fasciitis, and Maria took the time to really understand what was going on with my body instead of applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Her work on my hips was targeted and effective. I felt noticeable relief and improved mobility after just one session. She also put a lot of thoughtful attention into treating my plantar fasciitis, explaining what she was doing and why, which gave me a lot of confidence in her expertise. The difference in my foot pain has been incredible. Maria’s technique is both therapeutic and intentional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ recovery and long-term well-being.
