“I recently had a wonderful 90-minute massage at Mana Spa and was so impressed from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and beautifully designed, making it easy to relax from the moment I walked in. Emily was highly skilled, attentive, and clearly experienced. I have found it can be difficult to find a massage therapist who can provide an effective deep tissue massage that is both therapeutic and genuinely relaxing, but Emily achieved that balance perfectly. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, which really elevated the entire experience beyond a typical massage. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. “Booked a couples massage for my mama and I for mother's day and it was lovely! We had Natasha and Philip and they were both great. My mum is elderly and doesn't get massages often but Natasha helped her feel so comfortable. She checked in on her lots and adapted to her needs. I was told the massage was wonderful! I highly recommend Philip too, he has good strength, technique and pressure points. Movement was intentional and not painful. My back has been super sore but we only booked 45 mins so I was expecting more relaxation than anything. I got more relief than I was expecting! The professionalism and attention to detail throughout the service were phenomenal. And the aroma's take the experience to a new level. I'll be back! Thanks Mana ☺️ Ps. “Very nice spa!! Just go .. it will not disappoint. If you want the detailed reasons.. read on. I’ve been to 3-4 in Cochrane and this is why I’m staying here .. Don’t let the professional building deceive you. I had struggled to find a spot in Cochrane for 2 years that either had adequate therapists (one basically patted my back for 60 min, no joke) or a nice environment. Pretty much almost gave up and thought I’d need to go to the Fairmont to get a half decent spa experience. Mana Spa was clean, smelled wonderful, beautiful ambiance but more importantly the products used were HIGH quality, not amazon crap lotion, the bed was actually comfortable, helps you sit up! .. and my face wasn’t squished into a deflated pillow I could feel the bars on (there’s spas in Cochrane that are unfortunately loud, and very uncomfortable and still ask $110 for a massage - like why am I hearing other therapists gossip over lunch in my appt?) the Therapist here, Philip knows what he’s doing , it felt relaxing but restorative with deep tissue - exactly what I asked for. It was also quiet and he didn’t talk my ear off because some people can’t take social cues. “What a beautiful spa! The atmosphere is incredibly inviting and relaxing. I just attended their grand opening, and the space is absolutely gorgeous. The therapists were so kind and professional. “I’ve been to quite a few different spas and massage clinics, and Mana Spa is by far my favourite! It truly gives Nordic spa vibes without the high price tag, and the best part is that it’s right here in Cochrane. During my treatment, Phil incorporated essential oils and hot towels, which made the whole experience feel incredibly relaxing. The bed was heated and paired with the most comfortable duvet, and it even adjusted into a sitting position afterwards, which felt like such a thoughtful touch. The entire experience felt luxurious from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning and will be recommending it to everyone I know. “I had the most incredible experience with Justine at Mana Spa for facial acupuncture. From the moment I walked in, she created such a calm, welcoming space that instantly put me at ease. Justine is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel so comfortable and confident in the treatment. The facial acupuncture itself was so relaxing—I honestly didn’t want it to end. Afterward, my skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing in a way I haven’t experienced before. “Went for a massage at Mana Spa. What a wonderful experience! Jolaine was so warm and friendly, as well as a very skillful and knowledgeable massage therapist! She listened to my concerns and did a great job focusing on them throughout the massage. I also loved the room the massage took place in. The lighting/decor, the comfort of the massage table, and the nice, relaxing music - it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep!! The whole spa is beautiful! “Wow what a fantastic new addition to Cochrane. Mana is hidden haven of peace and comfort. I went this morning for a 90 min hot stone massage and it was clear that every little detail was thoughtfully chosen. From heated tables, a great playlist, skilled therapist and little extra details maximizing relaxation. For a newly opened business I was also pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy the whole process was from booking to filling out forms and getting my insurance receipt. Book in now!
